Laminate
Area structures made up of layered material
The cross-section type 'Laminate' is intended for the representation of layered materials such as GRP or plywood.
This can be constructed from any number of orthotropic layers. For each layer, the Young's moduli E1 and E2 for both directions, the shear moduli, the Poisson's ratio, the rotation angle, the thermal expansion coefficient, and the specific gravity are determined individually.
